In 2012, our founder, Mike Brown, created the formula and roasting process for Death Wish Coffee. He wanted a strong, bold, and smooth cup, made with high-quality ingredients, to meet the demands of those who live to rebel against mediocre coffee.

We use a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans that are carefully roasted to deliver a bold, yet smooth cup with an extra kick of caffeine. We typically recommend using 2.5 tablespoons of coffee for each 6 ounces of water, but feel free to adjust based on your preferred brew method. For a full pot, we recommend a 1:10 coffee-to-water ratio.

Our coffees are free of any nut or gluten allergens and are produced in facilities that have no possibility of cross-contamination with these allergens. We offer a variety of roast profiles, including Dark Roast, Medium Roast, and Espresso Roast, each with its own unique tasting notes.

In our Dark Roast, you'll find subtle undertones of dark chocolate and black cherry, while our Medium Roast features subtle undertones of stone fruit and caramel. Our Espresso Roast boasts subtle undertones of caramelized sugar.

We also offer a selection of Naturally Flavored, Ground Coffee options, including Vanilla, Chocolate Hazelnut, and Blue and Buried. The Vanilla blend features a warm, rich vanilla rounded out by notes of smooth, yet bold coffee. The Chocolate Hazelnut profile blends toasted hazelnut and rich fudge with a smooth coffee note. The Blue and Buried offering combines homemade blueberry jam, luscious vanilla, and sweet Vietnamese cinnamon.
