Our signature instant coffee blends showcase the depth and complexity of specialty coffee. The 1950 Blend features a dense, candy-like sweetness of stone fruit and a complex spice profile. The Vancouver Swiss Water Decaf Blend highlights candied almonds in a chocolaty background, perfect for drip or espresso. Seabright House Blend starts with a mild tartness of bing cherry and a sweetness like warm marzipan, with a clean and distinct finish. Buena Vista Dark Roast yields a dark chocolate savor with a caramelized sweetness, ideal for those who enjoy adding cream to their coffee.

Our coffee is small-batch roasted daily in our hometown of Santa Cruz, California, using a combination of vintage-style and state-of-the-art roasters, followed by a preservation technique that ensures instant freshness.
